As many of you know, it takes years to form habits and beliefs and probably years to change unhealthy ones. I continue to work by implementing techniques I learned from Debbie. I feel that I have a better understanding of myself and in turn am making more informed decisions about my life. I feel empowered about my future and know now that I am responsible for the life that I lead. I am thinking positive thoughts about myself and my future. I also have a better understand of the harm of negative thoughts. I have more work to do, that’s for sure, but I know that I am on my way to where I want to be and I am looking forward to the journey.
